Happy Bachelor Day! (That sounds much better than Monday, right?) Who is your favorite so far? I’m torn between Lauren B. and Jojo!

First of all, please ignore how crazy my hair looks! It was SUPER windy while we were shooting this haha!

As winter is coming to an end (and posts from now on will be mostly spring related), I decided to do a “goodbye winter” post with leather pants. No, leather pants aren’t only for the 80’s! They are perfect for fall and winter wear. I love pairing mine with a long tunic, and tucking in the front (shown above). Or with an over-sized sweater or flannel shirt. You can even dress them down by wearing a sweatshirt and white converse.

This blush colored tunic is perfect for transitioning from winter to spring, considering you can wear the sleeves all the way down, or roll them up with the snap on the side of the sleeve.

What’s your favorite way to wear leather pants? Let me know in the comments!

Instagram Roundup

Happy Friday! I am so happy it is finally the weekend. I felt like this week was never going to end.

I decided to do an Instagram roundup today, since I haven’t done one in a long time! I noticed a lot of my readers come from Facebook and don’t have an Instagram account, so this is a perfect time to find out where everything is from!

Everything in each photo is tagged with a link to where I purchased the item. If the item is sold out, I tagged a similar one.

Graphic Tee // Blazer // Necklace // Lip (color: Electric Pink) // Jeans // Heels // Similar Clutch// Similar Clutch (more affordable)

Happy Hump Day! I’m happy to announce that I finally have a new laptop! Which means more photos (and ones that are edited) haha! I’m really excited to start this new series on how to wear a graphic tee! Each Wednesday for the next 3 weeks, I will be posting a new outfit with this same graphic tee, to give you ideas on how to wear them. I will also be giving you other ideas that aren’t photographed.

For week one, I kept it basic with jeans and a blazer (of course you don’t have to wear a blazer, it was just chilly when I was photographing these haha). To dress it down a bit, you can wear flats, or white converse (my fav). I love adding a statement necklace and bright colored lip to pull the look together.

The fold over leopard clutch is originally from Accessory Lane, but is currently sold out so I tagged two different options for you. I will let everyone know when this exact one is back in stock. It has become my new favorite bag, and it also has a chain strap to make it a cross body bag!

What is your favorite way to wear a graphic tee? Let me know in the comments!

Happy Thursday! I am so glad it’s almost the weekend. This weekend in STL it is supposed to be 70 degrees, which made me start shopping for my spring wardrobe. I created a little spring inspiration board to get you ready for spring! Both the dress and top are perfect winter to spring transition pieces with their long sleeves and open shoulders (hard to see on the dress). I purchased a few spring pieces (the dress is one of them) over the weekend during the President’s Day sales many sites were having, so expect lots of outfit posts soon!

Have you started your spring wardrobe shopping yet? Let me know in the comments!

Happy Tuesday! Did you all have a great Valentine’s Day? My boyfriend and I went out to dinner with another couple, then went to see Deadpool with a group of friends. It was a really good movie! I suggest seeing it.

An update on my laptop: totally not fixable! I’m so sad. I had a lot saved on there. I also won’t be able to edit any photos until I get a new one (just waiting on my tax refund!). I’m still trying to figure out which one to get. I’m not going with a Macbook this time (too pricey). What kind of laptop do you guys suggest? Let me know!

This winter I have been wearing a lot of neutrals. Anything from black and white, to camel. This white tunic (also comes in many other colors) is perfect for any season. It’s long sleeve makes it perfect for winter (wear a blazer or cardigan to keep warm), but it’s light enough to be worn in the spring/summer with shorts. It is one of my closet staples (I will be doing a blog post about closet staples soon).

What have you been wearing a lot of this winter? Let me know in the comments!

Like I’m sure I have mentioned before, (like a million times before) I love Valentine’s Day. This is one holiday where I can dress up in a red cocktail dress and nude heels and not seem overdressed. I had the cutest outfit planned out for a Valentine’s Day shoot, but of course the weather didn’t cooperate and my photographer (aka my sister) was super busy with school and wasn’t available. Don’t worry, I have a plan for the outfit, so you will see it soon! So in place of a Valentine’s shoot, I created a few looks with this guide! These outfits are perfect for going out to dinner on Valentine’s Day. Each dress is under $100!

My favorite dresses for winter are the ones with long sleeves. They will keep you warm while also looking chic. You can also wear tights under any dress to keep warm (my favorite thing to do). For dress colors, think red and pink. But you can also go with a black dress and wear red or pink accent jewelry.

Which look is your favorite? I’m stuck between number 1 and 4. Let me know in the comments!

Happy Tuesday! My laptop is still being worked on, so still bear with me on the photos! I found this faux suede skirt online at Old Navy (sold out, so I tagged a similar one) and knew I needed to have it in my closet. You can wear it during the fall, winter (with tights if it’s cold where you live) and beginning of spring. You can dress it up like I did here with a white tunic and blazer, or make it more casual with a graphic tee.

This outfit would be perfect for your Valentine’s day brunch or dinner.

Have a great rest of your week!

I have that Gwen Stefani Urban Decay palette, and it is amazing! It’s seriously a must have. I will have a full review of it on the blog soon, so keep an eye out!

Happy Tuesday! Is everyone needing coffee today? I know I am. First of all, I was FINALLY able to take outfit photos! The weather in STL has been crazy, and didn’t make for very good photo shoot weather, until this past weekend! It was 60 degrees! Second, I apologize for the quality of these photos (I promise they were taken with my DSLR!). Sadly, my computer crashed (we think the hard drive is fried 😦 ) and my uncle is in the process of trying to save it. So in the mean time, I have to use my boyfriends laptop, which doesn’t have Photoshop, which means I have to use the photo editing software on my phone, and from them being e-mailed back and forth so many times, the quality goes down. So please bear with me until I get my laptop back. If you know of any free editing software, please let me know!

Anyways, this winter I have been all about oversized sweaters. They are the perfect winter staple that you can dress up or down. I found this one for under $14 on the Target clearance rack! This one can be worn off the shoulder (my fav) or normally. Since it’s not online, I listed a similar one above that’s on sale for under $20. I love wearing a statement necklace and a pair of booties with mine. Everything is tagged above. If something is sold out, I tagged a similar item.

Also… what do you think of my hair? I may have chopped it off over the weekend 🙂 . I have been letting my hair grow for so long, and needed a little bit of a change! But now, my hair feels so much healthier, has a lot of volume, and takes way less time to style! So far I love it 🙂 .

Have a great week!
